Single Family Homes, Condos, and 2-4 Unit Properties:
Monthly Management Fee: 8% of collected rent (Minimum $175/month per unit)
Multifamily Properties (5-15 Units):
Monthly Management Fee: 6% of collected rent (Minimum $150/month per unit)
