Bryan grew up in San Luis Obispo in a family that invested in rental properties and moved to San Diego for college in 2012. His career took him from residential sales into apartment sales, then from assistant property manager to a senior role overseeing more than 1,300 properties across San Diego.
As both an investor and a renter, he understands the experience from either side of the lease. Cresta brings that perspective to owners who want dependable management and residents who want a place that is cared for.
