Information we collect

Rental-showing requests collect your name, email, phone number, selected property, leasing period and message so we can respond to your housing inquiry.

Rental-analysis requests collect your name, email, phone number, property address, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Consultation requests collect your name, email, phone number and the message you provide. We also record your submission time, request identifier, consent, delivery status and available rental-analysis results.

The website processes connection information, including your IP address, to operate and protect the service. The form stores a date-based hash of the IP address for submission limits. Our hosting providers may process connection and security logs. Please do not submit identification documents, financial account details, passwords or sensitive tenant information through these forms.

How we use and process information

We use this information to respond to your request, provide a rental analysis, discuss services for your property and prevent misuse. Website requests are stored using our hosting and database services. Rental leads and results are copied to Cresta’s private Google Sheets tracker; consultation and rental-showing inquiries are emailed to Cresta through Google services. Access to the spreadsheet is restricted to Cresta, not visitors to the website.

For a rental analysis, we send the property address and property characteristics to Rentometer. This integration does not send your name, email or phone number to Rentometer. Rentometer supplies market data and the account-branded report. Estimates are informational, not appraisals or guarantees of achievable rent.

Service providers process information to support these functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell website inquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Our policy is to retain unconverted website inquiry and rental-analysis lead information for one year from submission, then delete it from our active lead records, including the website database, lead spreadsheet and inquiry emails. If you become a client, information needed for the engagement becomes part of the applicable client records. Transaction, accounting and other records subject to legal retention obligations, disputes or legal holds are handled separately. Provider backups and security logs follow the applicable provider’s retention processes.

Your choices and requests

Submitting a form authorizes Cresta to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing. You may ask us to stop inquiry follow-up, review or correct your information, or delete it, subject to applicable recordkeeping duties. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies, analytics and external services

Cresta has not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a newsletter signup to this website. Our host may use cookies or similar technology for access, security and operation. We do not use advertising tracking here and do not change that practice based on a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Links to AppFolio portals and listings, Google scheduling and reviews, and Rentometer resources open services with their own privacy practices. Information you provide directly on those services is governed by their notices.

Changes to this notice

We will post updates here and revise the effective date. If we add analytics, advertising or newsletter services, we will update this notice and provide any choices required for those services.
