Rental applications

As part of an application, Cresta may obtain consumer reports, such as credit and rental history information, through the application process and applicable disclosures and authorizations. The rental-analysis and consultation forms on this website are not rental applications and do not request a tenant consumer report.

Decisions involving a consumer report

If an adverse action is taken based in whole or in part on a consumer report, Cresta will provide the notice required by applicable law. An adverse action may include a denial or less favorable terms, not only a rejected application.
