A successful tenancy begins before the listing goes live. We review your property, discuss rent positioning and readiness, and coordinate marketing and the leasing process. For self-managing owners, tenant placement only covers finding a new tenant and drafting the lease: 50% of one month’s rent with a $3,000 minimum. You retain day-to-day management afterward. For full-service management clients, the leasing fee is 45% of one month’s rent when we source a renter, and a lease renewal is $195.
